Pitch Black has six new Mega ex cards: Mega Darkrai ex and Mega Zeraora ex as the headliners, plus Mega Chandelure ex, Mega Excadrill ex, Mega Delphox ex and Mega Slowbro ex.

Pitch Black added six Mega Pokémon ex to the game:
- Mega Darkrai ex — the set's cover star and Mega Hyper Rare
- Mega Zeraora ex — the second headliner
- Mega Chandelure ex
- Mega Excadrill ex
- Mega Delphox ex
- Mega Slowbro ex
Where they come from
Pitch Black is the first English set to draw on the Mega Dimension DLC of Pokémon Legends: Z-A, which is where its dark theme comes from. Pokémon never confirmed that all six Megas originate there, so don't assume the DLC accounts for the whole line-up.
